It is with deep sadness that IBEW Local 1212 announces the passing of Ron McGugins, a beloved member of our union family. Ron dedicated decades of his career to the broadcast industry, serving with distinction and professionalism throughout his tenure. He was known for his expertise, his generous spirit, and his unwavering commitment to the principles of labor solidarity. Ron will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of working alongside him. Our thoughts and prayers go out to his family and loved ones during this difficult time. A memorial service will be announced by the family. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the IBEW Local 1212 Scholarship Fund in Ron's memory.
